Lilian has vast experience designing and launching digital products, services and ventures for the world’s largest organisations, including Pepsi, GSK, and Disney.
Lilian’s wanderlust means she has worked in Asia, Africa, Europe, and N America, where she picked up an MBA from MIT and Master in Public Administration from Columbia University.
MJ works with business leaders to solve problems that don’t have a playbook, using business strategy, design and human insights.
Prior to founding Thread he led reinvention initiatives for clients like Facebook, Sony and NatWest as Group Director at Fjord London.
He has an MSc in Behavioural Science and an obsession with UK Garage and 90s hip-hop.
